Follow these steps to enjoy a service designed with excellence and attention to detail:

  • Fill out the form with your property information and approximate area. Select the date and time for the estimate walkthrough, where our team will evaluate your space before preparing your quote.

  • After submitting the questionnaire, schedule your appointment for the walkthrough. Our team will contact you by email to confirm the visit and coordinate all necessary details.

  • After the walkthrough, we will review the information and send you a clear, transparent quote tailored to your space’s specific needs and the type of service requested.

  • Once your quote is approved, you can confirm your service date. To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit and a signed service agreement are required. This step ensures your spot and guarantees a smooth scheduling process.

  • With your appointment confirmed, our team will arrive punctually to deliver a professional, eco-friendly cleaning experience — leaving your space spotless.

Residential Deep Cleaning

  • Kitchen Area:

    • Thorough cleaning of appliances, including the inside of the oven and stove.

    • Cleaning of the range hood and filters.

    • Deep cleaning of all cabinets and drawers, both inside and outside.

    • Disinfection of countertops and surfaces.

    • Cleaning of the sink and faucets.

    • Cleaning and disinfection of tiles and grout.

    • Cleaning of appliances such as toasters and microwaves.

    • Floor cleaning, including stain removal.

    • Emptying & Cleaning of trash cans.

    Bathroom Area:

    • • Cleaning and disinfection of the bathtub, shower, and enclosures.

    • Cleaning and disinfection of the toilet, sink, and faucets.

    • Cleaning of mirrors and shelves.

    • Cleaning and disinfection of tiles and grout.

    • Restocking of supplies, such as toilet paper and towels.

    • Thorough cleaning of the air extractor and ventilation.

    • Floor cleaning and disinfection.

    • Emptying & Cleaning of trash cans.

    Living Room and Dining Area:

    • Thorough dusting of furniture, shelves, and decorative objects.

    • Window cleaning, including frames and blinds.

    • Cleaning of baseboards and moldings.

    • Vacuuming and cleaning of carpets and rugs.

    • Cleaning of hard floors and disinfection.

    • Cleaning and disinfection of entertainment areas and electronics.

    Bedroom Area:

    • Thorough dusting of furniture, including under beds and behind furniture.

    • Window cleaning, including frames and blinds.

    • Bedding change (if provided).

    • Vacuuming and deep cleaning of carpets and rugs.

    • Cleaning of baseboards and moldings.

    • Cleaning of hard floors and disinfection.

    • Emptying & Cleaning of trash cans.

    General Area:

    • Cleaning of doors, handles, and light switches.

    • Cleaning of lighting, including lamps and fixtures.

    • Cleaning of storage areas, such as closets and pantries.

    • Removal of cobwebs and cleaning of ceilings and corners.

    • Inspection and touch-up of areas as needed to ensure a flawless finish.

    • Emptying & Cleaning of trash cans.

Abby's Green Cleaning Services Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy and Fees. By agreeing to this Cancellation Policy, the Customer acknowledges that the Terms and Conditions accessible here are hereby incorporated into this Cancellation Policy by reference.

2. Customer Cancellation or Rescheduling. We understand it may be necessary to occasionally reschedule your Cleaning Services. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled Cleaning Services, Abby’s requires at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule Cleaning Services, Customers shall submit their cancellation request via email.

3. Late Notice Cancellation. If the Customer fails to give a minimum forty-eight (48) hour notice, Customer shall pay Abby’s the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total fee equaling the total amount for the Cleaning Services.

4. Recurring Service Cancellation. For Customers with recurring Cleaning Services, all future scheduled Cleaning Services will remain unchanged unless the Customer cancels them at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance by submitting a cancellation request via email.

5. Lack of Property Access Serves as Cancellation. If Abby’s cannot gain access to the property during the agreed upon appointment time, the Customer shall pay the remaining 50% of the total fee equaling the total amount for the Cleaning Services.

6. Cancellation by Abby’s. Abby’s may cancel scheduled Cleaning Services for any reason or no reason prior to scheduled Cleaning Services. Abby’s shall reschedule any canceled Cleaning Services at its earliest convenience.

6.1. Abby’s may cancel scheduled Cleaning Services at any time for good cause, such as, without limitation, (i) Customer’s failure to make payments on time; (ii) Customer ‘s inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or inappropriate language, towards Abby’s cleaning team; or (iii) Customer requests unreasonable changes to their Cleaning Services. If Abby’s cancels the scheduled Cleaning Services for good cause, Customer shall pay the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total fee equaling the total

amount for the Cleaning Services.
